1:1 Pilates Studio Individual Programmes - Studio by appointment, available Monday to Friday.
1 Hour Session - Individual Programme £46.50 / per session
Private individual Pilates programmes using Pilates apparatus including Reformer, Tower, Exo Chair, BOSU, Softbed for Matwork, and in addition smaller complementary equipment such as resistance bands, MFR rollers, and kg weights - tailored specifically to your individual requirements and objectives. Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness including regular exercises, returners to exercise, pre and post surgery prehab and rehabilitation, recovery from injury or illness, as an adjunct programme to many other activities and sports, and as a progressive fitness workout option.
30 and 45 minute appointments are available on request for those requiring a shorter session.
Group Classes
Thursdays 10am Strong, Stetch, Relax Pilates - pay per class / weekly - Thornham Magna and Parva Parish Hall £11 per class
Please bring your own mat. A flat block and exercise band are also useful to bring if possible.
All levels, steady-paced class, including a mix of floorwork, seated, and standing exercises, suitable for beginners, returners and current exercisers. Focusing on key functional movements to improve mobility, build strength, mindful movement, stretches and breathwork for relaxation, well-being and to de-stress. Tuesday 10am - Every Body Sit to Stand Gentle Pilates - pay per class / weekly - Thornham Magna and Parva Parish Hall £10 per class
All levels, slower-paced class, focusing on balance, posture, spinal mobility and leg strength, using standing and seated chair exercises, this class does NOT include floor exercises - this may suit people looking for a class who have difficulty easily getting up and down off of the floor. Important Information For All Classes and Sessions
Please bring a clean pair of Pilates "sticky" or grip-socks with you.
For studio sessions I have a small supply of spare socks here to borrow if you forget yours, these are required for your studio session for your safety and to fully utilise the equipment. I also highly recommend wearing these when attending a group class.
I have a small selection available to purchase, they are also readily available at online retailers.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE POSITIVE FOR COVID-19, please cancel your session or class place unless it is virtual, and please do not attend. You will not be charged the session fee in this instance.
Following your initial booking, you will be sent by email a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and Waiver which must both be completed before your first class or session. Thank you.
Please note the above is subject to change, studio sessions are by appointment only, bookable and payable in advance. Please also note that all studio sessions cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will be charged at full price, because of the very limited number of clients that can be accommodated.
The Pilates studio is cleaned between each client and session, and clients are encouraged to use hand sanitiser before and after their session.
You do not need to wear a face covering to visit the studio, but you can if you prefer to. I am happy to wear a face mask if requested, or if it is required by social distancing restrictions in place at the time of the session.
In-home visits for Pilates Mat work and Small Equipment work are also possible by arrangement, please use the contact page for further details.
